No, this is unprecedented, and the worst case of this happening. Kiffin has burned all the goodwill he has created from neutral fans. As a guy who really cares what people think about him, this soap opera will be very interesting in the coming seasons.

From all the news out of Oxford, it sounds like he was forced out and didn't quit. In fact, he went overboard in trying to finish this post season coaching for Ole Miss.
