on the holding call at the goal line? I can’t believe it wasn’t reviewed…I guess they just missed it by just watching the holding penalty that was taking place. It was clear helmet to helmet if you go back and watch it. Seems as if there was other extra curricular plays on Ty as well from auburn’s defense. That hip tackle on Jam was nasty as well.

Yup, that's a penalty now in the NFL for just that reason.

Swap jerseys and that is textbook targeting.

Saw at least 2 shots on TY that should have been targeting that weren't called.

That was the au player who was suspended the 1st half for targeting in their game vs mercer. Seems to be a problem for him.

Out of all people watching and examining every little thing, I doubt it was just missed. I feel like it was ignored for some reason.
Pretty bad hit that should have been reviewed at the very least. Certainly should have been mentioned by Fowler and Kirk.
Pretty pathetic.

It’s become blatantly obvious that any time we have a player who is anywhere close to having what appears to be a targeting penalty we get assessed the penalty and our player is tossed from the game. I go back to the 2022 Tennessee game when Bryce was speared in the head several times and the replay booth didn’t enforce obvious fouls.

An AU defender gave Brooks a forearm to the head on the play where Brooks caught the ball and took it inside the redzone. 11 or 12 minutes in the 2nd, right before our 2nd touchdown. He was already down and laying in his back. I'll see if I can find it.
