Texas A&M University avoided the 'death penalty' Wednesday but was placed on probation for five years by the NCAA Committee on Infractions for major violations in its football program committed from 1990 to 1992.
The only thing they get to stroke their flaccid micropeens over is 1984-1994 but once they almost got the death penalty they have one exactly one conference championship and still don't have jack or shite to show for it.
