Our D is legit. We took away your strength which is running. You have a good team though.

Venables is a master at adjustments and has come into his own this year by taking over defense. His system is complicated and takes years to get working. When it does its great to watch. We used to lose many games because of no defense.

Anyways, good game and good luck next week

OU owns us...

Always has.

We have a great defense, but our offense is crap, which too bad because we have a bad-arse running back.

Congrats, OU's defense is great but today was more about how bad our QB and OC are. OU didn't even try on offense in the 2nd half because they knew it wasn't necessary.

Great game.

Our teams are clones of each other. Your offense is better though. Glad we pulled this out.

I was listening to some talking heads saying Oklahoma needs some style points.

Stupid arse loud-mouthed commentators.

Nobody wants to play against that defense.

....and ND sux with the way they waltz into the playoff each year.

No, that's just who OU is this year. Not sure Arbuckle is SEC ready.

I was screaming during game about Arbuckle. Plus Mateer missed some throws and I was ready to put Hawkins in. And then to not run ball in 3 possessions in early 4th was criminal. I know our RB room is banged up but damn.

If we can find any semblance of offense then we could go far. But Arbuckle pisses me off during games lol.

And your running game is legit but we just don’t give up many run yards. Think about it you used up 35 plays on runs (70 yards) - had you never run at all and thrown those 35 times my guess is you have more points.

Anyways, after last year I’ll take a win anyway we can get it.

Good luck next week.

He needs locked up or maybe have Brent throw him in a dumpster

Problem is we have already went through OC’s and need some coaching consistency on that side. So we probably need to keep him another year even though 90% of fans want him gone. I also think Mateer has regressed big time since injury. With limited healthy RBs and a skittish thrower we’re just trying to survive and advance.

But damn does Arbuckle do some dumb stuff like not running with lead in 4th qtr in 3 straight possessions! Hell, he could have had Mateer kneel all 9 times and run over 5 minutes off clock that he had passing plays designed. Mind blowing crap like that. But early season I did see some great plays so he has it in him. He’ll get another year

This game reminded me of the Oklahoma Missouri games we had in the 1960s when Dan Devine coached the Tigers.

Defensive, hard hitting and low scoring.

OU coaches of those times said that Missouri was the most physical team in the conference.

Missouri looked like that today on defense.
