He’s about to be 0-16 against .500 or better teams the last 3 years and someone’s going to give him 12+ for that.

His play calling vs Oklahoma has been utterly terrible. Throwing the ball relatively well but keeps trying to run the ball while relying on a terrible kicker

Because they're trying to run it which is their strength. They don't pass protect well enough to throw it much more than they are.
