I absolutely never watch the show, but I turned it on a little bit ago
He basically showed a tweet from who he said was an extremely reputable sports reporter
And said he had no doubt that it was true and that lane and his family are in Baton Rouge being hosted by LSU today
Basically, it’s a very poor choice for Lane. He should’ve waited till after the egg bowl, Paul is very confused and feels like it was a terrible thing to do and Lane should’ve waited, said Lane‘s daughter clearly knows LSU very well because she’s dating a football player, said it’s not like Wayne hasn’t been to Baton Rouge before and that he should’ve waited

At the risk of being seen as piling on, I have to agree. For a guy with not the best reputation when it comes to employer relations, this circus is a new low.
As pissed as I was at Schloss, and still feel like he should have tabled the whole process until his season was done, at least he didn’t have all this crap going on.
It’s incredibly selfish, IMHO, and just reinforces the character questions.
