Maybe I shouldn't care, but are we honestly ranking a Notre Dame team with two losses over a 2 loss Bama with wins over multiple ranked teams? What the frick are we doing?

It’s a joke and they will get sacked just like always.its actually embarrassed. The year they played us I. The natty the game was over in the first 5 minutes and they players and coaches knew it.

They’re a lock to make the playoffs at 10-2, especially if it goes to 16 teams. On top of that they make close to $70 million a year in tv revenue from NBC and their ACC contract. This is why they’ll never join a conference.

Yep, they were coached by future LSU HC Brian Kelly who commented at halftime that he hoped Alabama wouldn't come out of the locker room for the second half

This is why they will never join a conference. Two early losses to good teams,maybe not miami, but after that not much on the schedule. No championship game and boom playoff every year. You basically can pick your schedule. Agree with many others on why in the hell does SEC go to 9 games? Really just eliminating another SEC team from playoff while teams like ND waltz in in the top 10 every year and a playoff spot.

As a ND fan you are not wrong here. However it doesn’t make sense for them to join a conference given the preferential treatment they get from the committee.

The main reason ND won’t join a conference is because you have your own tv deal, you pick your schedule and you keep all bowl/playoff money for yourselves. Thats a huge advantage

ND under Marcus Freeman is no cream puff. They went tit for tat with arguably the second best team in the country and they lost to a Miami team that when motivated can beat anyone. This ND team would whip Bama convincingly.

NCAA needs to tell notre dame they either pick a conference or be left out of the playoffs. Everyone is tired of their bullshite.
