As a totally unrelated observation, it is interesting to see how television USED to try and cast families to look like they might be a family. Everyone in that photo has the same chin, similar hair, etc.

A team needing to plead their case and politic shouldn’t be in. I understand that was happening with 4 teams, but now that we are at 12…you have no chance of winning.

All it will do is bring teams in that are going to get pummeled. This isn’t basketball where a shooter for a Cinderella team can get hot. The top football teams are too big and deep to lose to the next tier.

Like most years, there only 2-3 teams capable of winning multiple playoff games and ultimately winning it all.
The best chance for a non-traditional or G5 program to win a Cinderella title was during the BCS era. Maybe you get a chaotic season where an undefeated UCF or something can sneak in, and then they only have to win one game.

I would be for 16 teams if we can scrap the bowls. No one takes those serious.

You don’t math well do you? I’m ok with the 12 teams. I’m not a fan of expanding to 16. If we were to expand to 16, my horns would be included…which would be dumb. Is there a facepalm emoji I can apply somewhere to you?
