Has any other team not named Texas been dominated like this in a 393 day stretch?

3 losses to UGA. Once when ranked 1 at home, again for the SECCG and then a total arse kicking last night when like 75% of the public money was on Texas.

This has to be so humiliating if you’re a Texas fan.

I challenge you to find something similar.

Georgia has lost three times to Alabama since December of 2023 - once as #1 going for a three peat, once as top five in Tuscaloosa, and again in Athens while riding a 30+ game home winning streak.

90% of the money was on Bama yesterday. Not quite the same though. Good job exposing the shorthorns

Texas lost as a three point favorite in week one ON THE ROAD vs OSU. They haven’t sniffed number one since

That’s outside of his parameters

Humiliating? No.

Frustrating, angering, annoying, confusing, deflating, and sickening? Yes.

Getting beaten, in two cases soundly, by Georgia is in no way a humiliation. It’s an easy gauge of where you are as a program.

We are not THERE yet. But damn if you think I’m humiliated by that fact, NO.

If UTx can pull the upset over A&M, UGA could definitely match the OP qualifications with t a loss in the SECCG. (Assuming Bama can get past AU)

When UT and OU became SEC members it was pretty common refrain that Texas in particular wasn’t ready for the SEC. They had a very easy SEC schedule last year and lost to the third worst UGA team in the Smart era twice. They had somewhere around 20 yards rushing last night. They have had about 100 yards rushing total against UGA in 3 games combined…not typically great UGA defenses. The SEC is unlike anything Texas has experienced.

Styles make fights. Kirby also just appears to be a much better GameDay coach. I was always under the impression that being a “GameDay” coach was overrated. He literally manipulated portions of the game last night with his tactics. It was comical at times.

Not in the same time period. And coming off back to back national titles, one of which was over Alabama, it’s less annoying in my opinion. Also Tyler Simmons was onside.

Texas has a 83% SEC winning percentage. We’ve literally only lost to Georgia & Florida. Both terrible matchups for Texas. If you watched the Florida game last season, Florida challenged Texas but they were missing too many guns.

Texas has 86 rushing yards total combined in 3 games vs UGA over the past 13 months.
Need to get more physical.

Reminds me of LSU doing something similar to your Bulldogs during the 2018 and 2019 seasons

The fourth quarter was humiliating. Losing to Georgia was more just frustrating and disappointing.

I don't think any Texas fan thinks the program as a whole has been on Georgia's level, and won't be until they finally get past them as a benchmark.

Kirby certainly has Sarkisian's number.

Texas has lost to a Florida team that is historically bad even for Florida teams and 3 times to UGA teams with obvious flaws. This is at a time when Texas was better than they are historically. Averaging 28 yards rushing over 3 games is plenty in the Big12 and the SWC….it’ll get you embarrassed in the SEC. If Texas stays in the SEC for 25 seasons they will have losing records, close to double digit losing records, to Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee, LSU, Florida and Georgia. Padding winning % against Kentucky, Vanderbilt and Mississippi State is what ALL SEC schools do…but keeping pace with the Big 6 is what counts and historically Texas has never played that caliber of football week in and week out.

The only ones who should feel humiliated are the players and Sark. But they are millionaires now, including some players. So I doubt even they are humiliated.
