Memphis has become a hotbed for poaching football coaches. Someone should probably try to steal their AD. He is apparently pretty good at spotting talent. Fuente, Norvell and silverfield. I know the first 2 havent worked out so well but hell, still not a bad run for a school in that conference.

Not sure, its entirely possible. I only know that the last 3 coaches have been poached by much larger schools. I assumed it was the same AD but he could have left.
