It's definitely Drink, but he's pretty self aware about it and that's kind of endearing.
Beamer has a lot of dad trying to be cool with the kids energy.
Dabo is just his own deal.

my initial reaction when I saw the title was "it's definitely drink" but idk...dabo is stiff competition. drink seems truly dorky, but acknowledges it. He's the type that will be trying to talk to the team about star trek or D&D or some shite. But he is aware he's a dork.
Dabo is the guy that makes videos about "drip" and I bet you one gajillion dollars he has tried to say "six seven" to his players to sound cool. Dabo is a dork but it's because he's faker than shite...at the very least drink is comortable in his own dorky skin. Dabo just comes off as embarrassing and try-hard.

Drink is a dork, but he makes people comfortable with donating and that's all that counts.

Dillingham is kinda dorky too. He looks like a kid who plays League of Legends tournaments (but probably at a pretty high Diamond or higher level).

You've got to include Brian Kelly in this even though he gone.
