Did they really need to put LSU Bama in the 6:30pm slot.

No want wants to watch Bama put up 60 on a hapless LSU other than Alabama fans. This should be 11:30 SECN+ game

I was thinking the same thing before the Kelly firing, hoping it wasn't the 6;30 prime time game to further embarrass LSU but we know ESPN hates the Tigers.

LSU is talented. If Kelly was the problem: watch out

I think there will be additional viewers that want to see how the players respond to losing Kelly

hapless LSU

I bet pride takes over for the players after their HC and OC were fired, and it is a closer game than you expect. It is the interim HC bump.

I was at the Bama-LSU game after it was announced Orgeron would get fired at the end of the season. In Tuscaloosa.

LSU played their asses off

But they had a semblance of an offensive line, and they were playing for Coach O. For all his faults, the team would’ve (and some may say did) go over a cliff for him. I don’t think FW is going to instill that kind of inspiration. As MSU’s interim a couple of years ago said, “This is a life lesson!”

Two huge brands.

Recently have put up massive ratings.

Great story with the interim coach and coaching search.

And LSU has the roster to compete with Bama if it was a “players quit on the coach” or a “bad scheme” situation.

There’s absolutely a path to LSU coming out on fire for this game.

There’s also a path where they get obliterated haha.

Yes, me too.

This Wilson fellow that's now the LSU interim, was he not involved with the Les Miles grooming and groping posse back in the day ?

Im not so sure. A lot of the crash had to do with a political infection on the team with ryan clark. Its been well documented by former players.

Man, this is going to be must watch just for the storyline. I think we get killed because our D has been exposed and the O line still sucks, but the storyline doesn't care about that.

The storyline is the LSU is a talented team playing for pride after their coach, who'd been holding them back, got fired. So, maybe they'll play out of their minds with nothing to lose.
