Is the horn staff eager for his return or are the taking his injury as an opportunity to ease him out of the starting role? No doubt, much depends on the backups performance (if he plays) but assuming he does well, what next?

I expect Caldwell to have the Texas offense looking the best it has all season. Still, I can't imagine a scenario where Sark benches Arch.

Step 1 - Arch says he injured
Step 2 - Start backup
Step 3 - Win
Step 4 - claim Arch is having season ending surgery on his vagina
Step 5- Leave for the NFL

And leave it up to the next coach to clean up.

Step 6 - Arch transfers to Tulane

100% agree with you… It’s a sad indication of the politics in college football that a coach is hamstrung to play the big name player to the detriment of the entire team.

It may have cost you guys a trip to the post season.

detriment of the entire team? Have you even watched our offensive line? And receivers dropping passes? And defense giving up a 65 yard underhand pass? The "entire team" has not been great.

Statistically your defense doesn't suck.

But if your offense sucks, it's starts to wear on the defense.

The problem for Sark is Arch threw for 346 yards last week.

If he had played to his usual (average 207 yards passing per game) Sark would not have a problem keeping Caldwell as QB1 should he have a 300+ yard game against Vanderbilt.

So enjoy watching Caldwell this week.

Arch will get the start against Georgia.

This serious question is undoubtedly serious.

I have a feeling Arch transfers to LSU his home state. Since Nuss is a bust, they will be eager to drop some big dough.

Plus Sark is gone.

Texas is a mediocre program and will continue that 50 year trend

No protocol for an overrated bruised vagina in football.

Warby Parker has last call.

LSUs gonna need more than Nuss NIL to cover the nut. LSU going to have to dip into the BK $53,000,000 pay off fund to cover Arch's 16 million dollar package.

But if Caldwell, Lacey, or Owens performs well you may can get Arch at a discount.

I don't know what you're laughing at chief. If it is true that Texas paid 16 million for THAT.....then you are the biggest retards in the history of college sports.
