He was tearing up about Mcpherson as well. He is a legit woman in man's body.

I mean, hes kinda between a rock and and a hard place. Arnold isnt it. Daniel's didn't do a whole lot to inspire confidence other than hand it off and hit a nice pass to Singleton.

Honestly, the best thing about the change today is it made him ride Cobb and not piss the game away with stupid pass plays at the worst times. Its the old cliché of "run the damn ball" and he had no choice once Arnold was benched.

Problem with Freeze is this:

He has an identity crisis

It’s true with all narcissists

Split personalities

Hence, so does his “offense”

Yeah, what this athletics department needs is a real analytics department. Instead of the “intuition” playcalling that other teams have figured out.

He can’t play JA if he is gonna be so freaking scared of the rush. It’s horrible

Exactly

Arnold not only makes absolutely horrible decisions, he is a flat out jinx on the entire team

Daniels might not be accurate either, but at least he threw the ball. We don’t want to see triple pump chump 2.0, Arnold, take 30 sacks again after holding the ball for 8 seconds.

I think I was too during the game, It is almost impossible to imagine what he has been through. Especially the procedures to,his abdomen and relying on core strength to kick it is very impressive.

Of course he can’t. He can’t understand when you are getting 7 yards a carry you keep running the ball. Millions and millions for the coaching IQ of a toddler.

Come on guys, he gave the answer any coach should give in that situation. If Jackson starts next week, validly complain all you want, but him not giving a reporter an answer one way or the other immediately after a game on something like that is more than valid. That was the most coach speak answer of coach speak answers.

If JA gets back in the game he’ll be as bad and maybe worse than before. What’s been his biggest issue? Holds it, too risk averse. Throws a pick last week then his 2nd is a pick 6 and Hugh benches him
Who thinks he might be very risk averse when he gets back?

Just get Daniels the snaps and keep putting him out there.

Guys, does anyone want to be real about Daniels' performance?

Our drives in the 2nd half:

#1 - Start on our own 49 yard line after a kick-off return = 3 points
#2 - Start on Arkansas 43 yard line after a blocked punt = 3 points
#3 - Start on our own 18 yard line = 3 points (48 of 73 yards on the drive came on one pass to Singleton)
#4 - Start on Arkansas 34 yard line after a fumble recovery = 3 points
#5 - Start on Arkansas 38 yard line after an interception = 3 points

Daniels was gifted the ball with amazing field position basically the entire half and all we managed was field goals.

48 of his total 77 yards passing came on one play.

This really wasn't any different than what you would have gotten out of Arnold. The main difference is that they went run-heavy with Daniels, but Freeze could have done that at any point with Arnold this season as well but he was obsessed with trying to force the passing game.

How much yardage did Daniels lose on sacks? If they basically are the same, this would be the difference maker for me.

2 of Arkansas' 3 sacks in the game came against Daniels. One of them came on their ~5 yard lane in the red-zone on 3rd down.

Arnold was only sacked once.

Again, the main difference here was that we had the ball in Arkansas' side of the field for the entire second half, and because Daniels was in Freeze was forced to go run-heavy which ended up working in Daniels' favor since Arky really couldn't stop the run at all.

The output was still horrible with zero touchdowns. That obviously won't work against any other team except maybe Kentucky.

QB is a major concern

As usual for Auburn.

Metafour I think we can beat Kentucky with either QB but it will probably take Arnold to beat Vandy and Bama.

I need the Arnold that can run for 130 against Bama like he did last year
