Another day has passed where Kiffin has demonstrated his lack of desire to stay in Oxford (who can blame him).

I suspect your boards will start to temper down the Lane expectations starting around Sunday/Monday. Stricklin is taking some shots though.

I wonder if the biggest hindrance to him signing is that he’s wanting to exclude or at least minimize Alabama from having to pay a buyout if things go wrong for Deboer, while the Rebs want the buyout for Alabama to be millions higher than anyone else.

Let me answer: he wants to get paid, one way or the other. Leaving it unanswered lets Ole Miss to scramble to put something stupid on paper and he gets to wait and see which school out stupids that offer.
He pulled this off really well last time.
