The talent pool for coaches is very shallow this year and the job openings will be many.
This has nothing to do with a inferior complex but a coaches ability to wait for more and better options.
Hire Petrino and be done with it already.

I'm down with that mentality, but honestly that's not how your previous came off. Especially considering how often the "Arkansas can't attract a good coach" is repeated.

The problem is not getting much NIL budget for the next HC. That is the main issue.
