Are we ever gonna have a year with injury luck?

Good grief

Not super concerned tbh. He was rotating out a lot with Jacorey Thomas already. Good tackler but don't recall him being much of a play maker. Hopefully Zion Branch or one of the other safeties are comfortable with the defense and can plug and play.

Aguero at SS and Everette, Jones, Robinson at CB/Star could make sense too. Not sure if Damello is as physical as we would want tho.

Chris cole at Star on rundowns would be intriguing

This week in particular if you were to ask me what I think we should do itd be play zone and make them drive the entire field and switch to 3-4 in the red zone ASAP and make them kick fgs. Kirby gets paid the big bucks though not me.

Sounds like he might be on the verge of returning? I just assumed he was out for the season.

That’s funny. Kirby said "We're trying to get him back as soon as we can. We're hoping to get him back."

Kirby always says that. He could have had his foot amputated and Kirby would say that. That statement has no bearing on whether KJ will play again this season.

Lol no he doesn't. Let me know when he says that about Colbie Young!

thanks for the compliment man!

It didn’t really end up working very well rofl as they scored a TD on every drive for the first 3 quarters. I still believe the strategy was sound we just couldn’t get off the field, nor hold them to fg in the red zone.

On the other hand we went to all man coverage in the 4th and completely shut them down, so who knows. The only man I can remember us running before the 4th was the play right after halftime where Everette got cooked on a hitch taken to the house.

Nice. Getting healthy and peaking at the right time of the year. Has the line come out for our game against tech?

ETA: just saw it it’s good guys -12.5

A lot higher than I thought. I expected -8.

Our issue last year was dysfunction on offense, may be a shoot out again but I expect Gunners O to step on their neck early.

We can rush this year and stuff the run.

Last year was a perfect storm of GT’s strengths played perfectly into our weaknesses.

I expect the game to more like Pitt.

If so, that's very brave of them!
