With it being our turn to play them thought some info might be helpful since we have hardly ever played them and I dont know much outside of things thrown around here like Vandy having a winning record against them.
School history
-founded in 1886
-first football season 1893
Surprisingly, not known for their trophy case. Only claim 4 titles. Last time texas won a national championship
-George W Bush was President
-Saban was 54 years old
-the average cost of a home in the US was $297K (over 476K now)
Famous alumni include
-LBJ's wife
-matthew McConaughey - star of such hit films as texas chainsaw massacre 4 and a movie with Terry Bradshaw (surprisingly good)
Hope this helps fellow rantards. Its not often we play a big 12 team outside of basketball. Maybe they'll sneak into the playoff with a conference championship win against Texas Tech but we shall see

Athletics: Football is the most popular sport, but baseball is way bigger than it is at most SEC schools. Olympic sports/athletes are elite. 68 national championships as a whole.
Football: We have a stout front and is learning to rely on the run game so Arch doesn't feel like the games on his shoulders. If you can execute some throws and get us behind the chains, we'll struggle.

That's wild you leave computer science off that list. It's the biggest program at the university.
