The refs hosed us in this game. The end of the 1st half bullshite completely swung the game toward Georgia.

But Freeze did some “aw shucks” talk going into the half and then did nothing to regroup his team. He didn’t have a gameplan or any adjustments. Most of the shots of him on the sideline looked like he was sulking.

His QBs have been putrid since he got here.

He has five star talent all over the field on offense and can’t score any points.

He has put together an amazing defense, but how much of that is his coaching?

The entire second half was an abysmal coaching performance.

It was so bad that I’d say it was worse than the ref shenanigans.

As an Auburn fan, you should be more upset about Freeze being our head coach than the bad calls.

Because the 1st half was anomaly. The 2nd half was the exact same experience of Freeze’s entire tenure at Auburn.

Refs absolutely boned us this game to the point of it feeling intentional. Our HC is a weak minded bitch though that crumbles when things go south.

I don’t have an answer or a solution to the ref issue. I do however have an excellent plan for the Hugh issue.

Freeze knows he’s going to get fired. The fact he can’t call out refs with that knowledge is laughable. He needs to go.

Yes, Freeze should've coached the second half better.

No, I don't agree it was all on him. The feel of the game was the refs would punish us until we gave up. This is the first season I can remember where we've lost two top-10 matchups pretty objectively largely due to ref interference.

Not excusing Freeze, but this was WWE level bullshite TV.

Freeze needs to be gone tomorrow and Durkin moved up to interim.

100%. Either go crazy and use it as motivation or ignore it and move on and tell our guys to keep kicking their asses like they were.

Whatever the hell he did was not the right move. He just sucks man. He isnt improving the program. Cut bait and find a real coach. Im sick of "close".

When he couldn’t bring himself to call a spade a spade at halftime I knew he needed to go. If he’s that weak he can’t do that he shouldn’t be here.

Fire Hugh freeze. He’s had plenty of time.

Same. His attitude during that interview was so bitch-made. He either should have come out and called things like they are or been fired up saying “f em we will win 19vs11 if we have to”.

The whole “I want to say it but I can’t but boy our guys sure are playing hard” sucked IMO.

The fact coaches are under immense pressure to perform while weekend warrior moron refs can botch multiple games with no consequences, is a serious issue. AU’s administration needs to hold them accountable.

And then whom? Buyout?

Easy to say fire him...but there is a ton of more stuff to it. He wasn't my first choice...that dude will make the playoffs this year only in his 2nd year in the big 10...I am tired of the fire going out in our guys when things get down...This is frustrating. Hope we figure it out or else we might as well put money into our other sports & try to win championships in those...

He gone.

I’d rather have Muschamp than Freeze.

At least who would have made the refs ears bleed cursing at him.

The next bad call, I’d like the head coach to literally get kicked out of the game.

Freeze has zero ability to coach through adversity. I feel like even if Auburn scored and went up 17-0 they still would have probably lost.

frick that shite. The losses are just as much on Durkin as Freeze. Take that prevent defense and frick off.

that part

that halftime interview was the giveaway, he looked completely lost, like he had given up

defense bowed up with all that adversity at the end of the half, came out and gave the offense the ball back at midfield with a chance to go back up by two scores, but Freezus had already checked out of the game

he’s done, i wouldn’t be surprised if he “resigned” at the end of the season (of course he’ll still get his full buyout lkke Tubs did)

then we get to suffer thru another HC “search” and end up with Jeff Grimes

No question we lost because our coaching and qb play was atrocious but those officials need to be investigated

That sequence changed the psyche of the game.
