Any of you mouth breathers in Knoxville got the scoop?

I don't understand why he is a candidate.
He's probably making more at utk than the Braves would want to pay him, and his strength as a college coach (recruiting) means nothing in the MLB.

The Braves need an underachieving manager?

Braves will go Ross, DeRosa or even Ron Washington before they go Vitello.
His schtick works with kids. An MLB franchise won’t go for that bullshite.

Yeah, apparently Jay Johnson wasn’t strong enough to be a candidate

Ross is who I’d want out of those choices.

Seems like it would equate to Saban to NFL experiment which Nick failed because his approach with college kids doesn’t work with professional athletes who make more money than the HC

Washington's 73. No way Braves hire him as manager, even as popular as he is among braves fans. Ross wasn't a .500 manager with the Cubs. DeRosa is the leader of the ones you mentioned, but d'Arnaud is getting lots of traction.

Tony V's agent spreading rumors again.

There is not a lot of talk here. Most people don’t think he is a serious candidate. If he was offered would he take it? Maybe? If that is his dream. But it wouldn’t be because of money. He already makes 3 million with basically freedom to do whatever he wants. An extra million at most for job instability doesn’t seem like a good move.

True . To many NC to want . Braves don’t want success so TV is choice.

Washington's 73.

d'Arnaud is getting lots of traction.

A troll obviously but when National Coach of the Year Jay Johnson says, over & over again, that he wouldn't leave LSU for either the Yankees or the Dodgers, the Braves don't even enter his consciousness. But I agree, I can't see Tony V. leaving UT. His $3M salary goes a lot further in Knoxville than it would any MLB city.

Haha Jimmy Sexton doing his thing per usual.
