It's Insane How Tough the SEC Is Compared to the Big Ten

Bama just beat a top 5 team on the road...and has 5 ranked teams left to play.
Oregon just beat a top 5 team (lol) on the road...and MIGHT face a single ranked team the rest of the way.
3 loss SEC team > 1 loss Big Ten team
The committee had better give serious weight to SOS...definitely more than they did last year with the likes of Indiana and Penn St.

I get what you're saying but after watching Michigan embarrass us, Ohio State demolish Tennessee and Indiana give Notre Dame a better game than Georgia managed, I'm starting to think we shouldn't undersell the Big-10 anymore in the portal/NIL era.
The entire underlying motive behind the creation of the playoffs and NIL/portal was to dethrone Bama and the SEC and at this point, it's hard to argue that it hasn't worked.

The Big10 has great teams, but they're top heavy.

Arkansas did not help the SEC's look.

The problem with the B1G is that the dregs of the conference (UCLA, Rutgers, Purdue, etc.) are a fricking joke and have very little desire to actually be good. The only SEC program that fits that description is Kentucky. We added too many wealthy, motivated programs.

1 of their 2 titles is shrouded with a cheating scandal. I honestly think the biggest factor in the BIG "catching up" to the SEC has been the down qb play this conference has had the last couple of seasons. Ty is looking more legit each week and Pavia is good for their system. I know they don't grow on trees but where are the Bryce Youngs or Jayden Daniels of the SEC ?

He would be good for any system. He was making tremendous throws and decisions on RPO yesterday. His team rallies around him and feeds off of his energy. He is the single most important player on any CFB this year. Very gifted player and team leader
I also think Ty showed as much control of the offense and understanding of what UGA wanted to do against him than I have seen from a Bama QB in a good while.

The Big 10 is good but they're incredibly top heavy, nothing has really changed outside the NIL aspect and schools like Oregon and Penn St writing blank checks to win and compete with Ohio St and Michigan. There are some other good teams but the bottom of that conference is a joke.
What non-SEC fans still don't understand is that almost every week you have to bring it or you have a good shot at losing and road games are consistently tougher.

Ohio St. was definitely legit last year. And I don't give a shite but untill Indiana beats Ole Miss, Tennessee, Georgia, LSU, Alabama or any of the top 2-3 teams in their own conference I'm going to continue to write them off. My 1 word response to Michigan is Milroe. I can't recall any one player doing more damage to a program than that guy did.
