This topic could be debated to know end. There are 2 points that are true though. First point is Georgia has the best win in the country to this point. They should be at least 1-2.

The second point is Penn St doesn’t deserve to be anywhere near the top 10 with the schedule they have played to this point. Let them win this weekend and then they should be considered but the schedule Penn St has played to this point is atrocious. No way they should be ranked 3rd with the track record and history they have of blowing opportunities in big games.

I don’t feel like there is a clear cut #1 or even top 3 currently.

With that being said the 4 most talented teams are

Ohio St
Oregon
Georgia
LSU

Against Notre Dame in South Bend? ND has some offensive weapons, and Carr will continue to get better

We'll see how ND fares against Arkansas Saturday

no idea about Mizzou till they play a caliber team

LSU and OU have the same problem...great defenses, suspect offenses.

Ohio State and Georgia are going to have the most talent right now...but best? Georgia proved it against Tennessee...UGA could have folded in that game. Gunner Stockton doesn't get enough credit

Ohio State? maybe....the Texas win grows less convincing each week. Definitely not the same Ohio State team from last year

And I have no faith in Oregon

In the nation? Right now?

I think it is some combo of Miami, tOSU, Oregon, UGA, and maybe FSU. But, there is such a small sample size vs varied SoSs.

Next 2-3 weeks will clear it up.

I think all 3 of these teams would beat Texas right now...at least until Arch fixes some things

Very true

At least Penn State-Oregon will weed out someone

I've got no faith in Miami...in fact, I think FSU matches up extremely well with them. Running the ball and getting after Beck, I think we can do that

Honestly, a little worried about the Virginia game tomorrow...seems trap-gameish

Then I’ll give them credit. But they’ve beaten no one worth a damn in 4 years

I don’t really look for Penn St to beat Oregon.
