That someone might very well be an UGA player who would use it to end two lives but protect his draft status by leaving the scene

They said they couldn’t re-sell it because of after market modifications and some other issues.

How stupid. They could have gone through the criminal or civil forfeiture process and sold it at auction. Or hell even kept it as a “plainclothes” police vehicle.
