Is it true we have to let them back in the conference since they were one of the original charter members?

This goes for Sewanee as well although that ship probably has sailed.

Not a legal expert but I think our original contract would be null and void with them when they negotiated their escape.

A friend claimed a documentary said we are obligated to let them in. So maybe there is contract language mandating it, or maybe the documentary is wrong

Let em back in.

They'd be Vandy 2.0 (good about every 20 years).

Maybe they have right of first refusal, but I doubt the legal language would force or require the SEC to take them back.

There is no contract with Georgia Tech. They breached it the day they left.

Tech has tried to return to the SEC twice and gotten rejected both times so this is obviously BS
