You don’t rebuild after an exodus like what you saw after Saban retired in one year. Once he has had time to build, DeBoer is going to have Bama back to a force to be reckoned with. It is going to take about 3 or 4 seasons. I know Bama fans don’t want to hear that but it is the truth. Give him a chance.

I agree but they won't be patient enough to let it happen. However if he survives the next year or two then turns it around and wins big I can see him leaving for the NFL and telling the lunatic fringe of their fanbase to go to hell.

It looks to me like with the portal a coach is going to have to half rebuild a new team every year. Focus on the best 2 deep you can afford and the rest can stay and develop or transfer to a team like Missouri and start. Good riddance. Recruit HS players who can step in and contribute and recruit the portal elite. Get word out that you're recruiting the portal elite and pay accordingly.

Georgia should fire that unproven nobody Kirby Smart and snatch him up..The money it will cost is nothing compared to how much you will make winning 10 National Titles....very easy decision.

The biggest issue with Bama is elite qb play, correct that and for the most part they will be hard to stop. That grit and discipline. That defense feeds off the offense.
