I know which one I would pick.

Golding is better than Kane no question

I guess always flaring herpes is better than full on ball cancer, so I’d go with Pete.

You guys were so spoiled with Saban. Your Nebraska-esc run into medicoracy is going to be so fun to watch.

Goulding. He sucks, but Womack blows.

Funny to remember the things Alabama fans were saying when they snatched a HC away to be their DC.

When does Jeremy Pruitt’s show cause expire?

I’d give Golding a life time contract over having to spend 4 years with this bum.

The main problem with Bama right now is the culture. The reason they lost to several teams last season and FSU yesterday is they fail to match the intensity of the other team. FSU yesterday treated that game like it was the national title game. Bama played like it was some game on cupcake weekend against some bottom tier FCS team. Bama had the same problem last season. That’s not gonna get it done.
Bama needs some leaders on the team like Ray Lewis and Ed Reed was for the Ravens back in the during the Ravens run. The coaching staff isn’t providing that kind of leadership either. Until that is fixed then Bama can recruit the best players and give them the best X’s and O’s. None of it will matter until they bring the same intensity and passion to every game the opposition brings. The players must understand you don’t get to play rivals and top 10 matchups every week. Until they respect the opposition and treat every game like it is the natty they will continue to lose it’s just that simple.

I see why you'd think that but Alabama hasn't really won anything since 2017. I think the coaches just stink.

Alabama has won more SEC titles since 2017 than Auburn has in the last 31 years.

Bama was competitive and elite for a long time. The last couple of years under Saban and last season something changed. They became very undisciplined and lacked focus. Instead of beating people into submission like all those teams under Saban pre 2021. They stopped earning the right to win. Somewhere they became entitled and just started wanting to roll the helmet out and expect other teams to quit instead of making them quit. Bama has lacked focus and discipline for a good while now. It start out under Saban and develop slow until you see what you see today. To many boneheaded penalties and they make the same mistakes over and over and nothing ever gets fixed. They lack energy against almost everyone unless it’s a team like Georgia. The culture has shifted and they don’t have the right kind of leadership that holds everyone accountable. They don’t have the Ray Lewis type guy anymore. It’s very noticeable.

It’s called NIL. And Bama doesn’t have the most.

I’m sure NIL is part of it, but Bama still has more elite players than anyone not named UGA or OSU. Those teams bot have their killer instinct. Bama used to live by “make their arse quit.” Now it’s get out with a win or try to outscore them.

That plays a big part but it still isn’t all the problem.

Golding may as well be 2011 Kirby Smart compared to Wommack.

Could you imagine Proot working DeBoer? This is a guy who wanted to fight Mark Richt, he would eat Coach Kalen alive.

Wouldn’t matter. The cheating skills he developed under Saban and Kirby are obsolete now.
