I want cookie. But yes, the left side still needs work. But first game, they've got the tape, it's fixable. We hope.

I think Greene got his wires crossed on one play and got flat out beat on another. He looked slow which comes from thinking too much. I think he gets better really fast as he gets more acclimated.

both OL and DL looked FCS level. Our DL was getting pushed back every run.

Green had a rough stretch in the middle of the first half. Green single handedly tanked the 3rd drive with a penalty and let a guy cross his face without touching him. He put them behind the chains twice and killed the rhythm. He and Guidice didnt look together in the run game in the first half either.

I thought Tollison, Peagler, and Trost looked solid together. They passed off stunts vs the pass and looked good in run game.

Would have been more if Guidice hadn't negated a 40 yd run by Roberts with a very unnecessary hold.

Early drives Green seemed to get caught looking the wrong way. Like he was still playing his old position. Smoothed out later on. Call it Yips? They did manage two 99 yard drives.

Other than a few throws to let Pribula show off his arm, this was a very conservative play call on both sides of the ball. And the score was 61 to 6.

Is it concerning? Yes. Am I freaking out. No. Its fixable. Green needs to establish muscle memory and think less.

Green pancaked his defender on the first TD throw. After Horn got hurt the line had 3 penalties and gave up a sack over the next two drives that ended in FGs. They started off the 99 yd drive with a penalty that nullified a great run by Roberts. That will keep a team like kU in the game.

As ugly as they played during the last possession of the 1st quarter and the first possession of the 2nd qtr, they ended up scoring 14 points in the middle 8 minutes. Beau's last drive went 99 yds and had 5 plays over 10 yds. Jones knows how to coach his guys but they can't give possessions away next week, especially with a complete unknown at placekicker.

Yes. That is concerning given the team we played. It should be over 8.
