Plays awesome to get to World Series and then lays an egg like no other every single time they get there.

Arkansas fans live this shite on their sleeves. I respect them. I don’t feel bad for them.

I actually think the Hogs are loaded. But winning in Omaha isn’t about talent. It’s about who is the hottest. Arkansas should’ve won it all in 2022 but we just got hot. They were the only team to beat us in the entire tourney.

Holding them to one run was a semi-miracle. It was a great game but just that. A game. Look for the head down and the tusks up when the r-backs charge their next opponent.

Thats like saying we have to feel bad for TransU. They also do very well in the regular season and lose in the post season. The only difference is that TransU fans still seem to think that winning the regular season is something to brag about. Arkansas fans seem to be humble though.

Arkansas is a good but not great team.
Winning in Omaha is always about talent. Anything else is used as an excuse as to explain why your team wasn't good enough. The hottest teams usually for the most part had the most talent. It isn't always like that way but the cream rises to the top.
Ole Miss was more talented than Arkansas.

We beat Arkansas the last time due to Dylan. But he didn’t play against Oklahoma. We pitched freshmen who played a bit over their heads in that tourney. It always takes a lot more than one pitcher.

By the same token...
OU wasn't all that great that year... got hot... got to the final.
OU didn't even host their own regional that year. Still made it to the final with just a few top line players.
