I had no idea this rivalry between LSU and Texas existed, at least on this site, but wow have their fans started a lot of threads about Texas lately. Is it normally like this?

The point was (or should have been) programs like Texas and LSU generally don't measure success by conference titles. If you get one, great, but the ultimate goal of the regular season is to get a top 8 national seed and have your team sorted out and ready to make a run in Omaha. Sometimes that means experimenting and dropping a couple games to learn who you can count on.

LSU won a national championship in football and baseball within the last six years. When is the last time that UT did either one?

Op literally just posted a Longhorn fan bragging about winning the sec and he says long season…. They won the sec dude lol … which means lsu did not . Yes they may have choked as a one seed but you can’t take that away from them lol.

I know at least a dozen kids who loved Texas before they got out of high school, pulled hard for Texas all their childhood.
Then they went somewhere else and hated Texas.
