not meant to be a jab. Gators are now elite basketball. Mediocre football. Two great basketball hires in Golden and Donovan

UF is a top 5 potential athletic brand alongside USC, Texas, OSU, Michigan, IMO.

They will be elite at football again before long. No excuse not to be.

Mediocre football.
and not quite right, terrible football now

From 2010-2020 we became mediocre but have been complete garbage from 2021-24 (3 straight losing seasons and a 7-5 Gasparilla bowl season) and not getting better any time soon until DEI Billy is fired

Florida being bad at football is weird.

Florida’s athletic department is annually, for the last 40 years, in the top 10 and often the top 5 in the all-sports rankings by athletic directors. They have 27 men’s national championships across 8 sports and 22 women’s championships, also across 8 sports. They are proof that you can be excellent in everything with proper commitment.

Football has lagged since Meyer left but I would not put it past them to get it back on track.

I have a feeling this 16-team SEC is going to make schools choose which sport they want to compete in.

As long as Texas chooses Football and Baseball, I'm good.

LSU has more natties in all sports than either Michigan or OSU. Not to mention some of the biggest stars in the NFL went to LSU.

Football will always be king in Gainesville. Florida is a football school that's elite at basketball. If Florida loses in basketball, no one bats an eye; if Florida loses in football, Gator fans go crazy. For obvious reasons, it's much easier for a "football school" to be good at basketball, than the other way around. With that said, there is no such thing as a basketball school anymore. It's who has and who has not.

The "Disney Gators" and "UAA plants" just won a natty in basketball, you retard.

You seriously have the IQ of a potato. Quit with the drugs.
