SEC Baseball Rankings - March 31, 2025 - New #1

All polls updated. Let me know if you find any errors, and I'll get it fixed.

Imo, the RPI isn't quite there yet, but it's getting real close, so I went ahead and added to the average.
Home Teams have a losing record so far..
There is very clearly a Top 3.. in some order..
Georgia should not be ranked below Texas in Baseball America, but I guess that will work itself out this weekend.

1. Georgia
2. Arkansas
3. Tennessee

Yes. You won't see the Jalapeno Hushpuppies posting the RPI or ELO rankings today..

Fair enough. I guess Tenner is one of the clear Top 3's because they won it all last year.
But I'm beginning to think the absolute top shelf is just Arky and Georgia. In fact, I like Arky to wind up on top of Georgia, which goes against most grains right now.

They are legit. Why would you even suggest they arent? The only question is their pitching staff.
In SEC play, they lead the league in fielding pct., slugging, HR's, on base pct., and Opp BA. They are second in Team BA, hits allowed, and hits.

I am thinking OU starts to slip back as we go on here within SEC play. So far, OU has played two of the worst teams in the league and Alabama.
In SEC play, the Sooners are...
9th in Batting Avg.
10th in slugging
9th in on base pct.
9th in hits
5.24 ERA in SEC play
.305 opponent BA
3rd most hits allowed
.967 field pct.
3rd most errors committed
OU's upcoming SEC schedule...

We’ve won 28/30 games as an SEC team. “Idk if they’re for real yet” is something you say in February and early March.
