They fired Will Wade. Wade has since gone to the NCAA tournament twice since leaving LSU and then lands a better job than LSU today with NC. State. How do you feel LSU fans about McMahon? Who would want to Coahc at LSU when you can’t even make the NIT tournament when given an automatic bid?

IDK that he will ever have the dominant run that Saban had given that the shooty hoops tournament is much harder to win on a regular basis but Will Wade is our basketball Nick Saban.
I do realize that they both left under very different circumstances but both were great coaches taht left while they were still on the upswing and someone else will get to reap the benfits.

I’ve been saying that since day 1.
Their firing of Will Wade is one of the most egregious, expensive mistakes any SEC program has made in my lifetime.

Woodward is a clown. He allowed the NCAA to bend him over, agreed to the outrageous Brian Kelly contract in which LSU is stuck with no way out currently. NC State is about to return back to glory.
