Damn if this is a 3 seed I'd love to see the competition. Jackson Mayor is currently indicted along with several city councilmembers for bribery. Hinds County DA got indicted not long ago. EPA has had trouble working with Hinds county to get their water supply back in shape due to accusations from the Jackson faithful of "racism". At least they pick up the trash that doesn't stockpile everywhere mainly now.
MS is cool but Hinds is third world.
