They need to limit the amount of time-outs you can call in the final minute of CBB.

This last minute of Arkansas Texas has taken 20 minutes it feels like.
I say once the final minute hits you only get one time out.

They do limit the number of timeouts you can call in the final minute. No team can call more than 4.

The four media timeouts should be limited to one per half at the 10:00 mark. Four at 16, 12, 8, 4 plus team timeouts are too much.

I know it was said yesterday on here as well - ESPN needs to alter the "2 hour window" for College Basketball games. These games are NOT ending in 2 hours - more like 2.5 hours (and that is if there is no OT)

also make free throws optional if a team is in the bonus.

There's a lot of things that need to change. There should be 4 quarters instead of 2 half's as well.

Until Pat Adams calls the game. He will make sure it's closer to 4 hours.

They NEED to stop letting them foul intentionally and not calling it an intentional foul.

Nay just make fouls to intentionally stop the clock the same as a flagrant. As fouls in last two minutes are usually unnecessary non basketball play.

Yes! Give the team that was fouled the option of immediately inbounding the ball. Maybe add a 10 second run off, also.
