SEC tournament tank debate

I know it's still a few games to play and we're still playing for the 1 overall seed right now. But if we assume we win the SEC reg season and have a pretty good handle on the #1 overall seed. I know Bruce cares a lot about history and winning b2b SEC tournament championships would be a big deal to him. But would it be the best for winning a natty? Would anyone really care if we went full nba tank mode and sat broome, Cbm, & maybe a few other vet guys and get out of Nashville on Thursday night to get a full week of prep for the big dance?

I get the argument but Bruce respects the game too much to even consider that. He will play to win

Nobody expects to hear Bruce say I want to tank that bitch. I expect him to play Broome little if at all, and give our guards some rest.Jakhi can play 40 minutes for punishment and if he wins, he is punished again.

I love you guys but you read too much into everything. In 2019 we won the sect and had the goat run to the final 4, last year we won and lost to Yale. There's no rhyme or reason to how a bunch of teen and early 20 guys are going to perform in a given set of circumstances. Let's just try to win them all and let the chips fall where they may
