In your motherfricking face Bama.

You got your final four last season and mouthed off about Yale all frickn offseason.

Now, in the BIGGEST BASKETBALL GAME EVER PLAYED IN THE HISTORY OF THE SEC, 1 Vs 2, FIRST TIME EVER, Auburn walked into Coleman Coliseum and beat your arse.

Bruce Pearl clowning on Oates after he was running his cock sucker in pregame interviews!! But they lost to YALE!!!

You guys played some glorified juco teams and some other subpar teams last year. You won’t be that lucky this time.

maybe not but the tournament is all that matters in the end. Juco number 1 UNC and juco 2x defending UCONN

I can't imagine being this hyped over a meaningless regular season game with no implications.

Well, it’s probably because you’re fat and can’t enjoy sports like the rest of us.

Don’t discriminate. Your coach is fat and yet y’all still support him.

Well it was the first time a 1 and 2 matchup has ever happened in the SEC. Also could be a key game in the race for a regular season championship, so it’s not that meaningless.

Can’t we all just get along? Great game. AU is good. Sears is a major liability

Sadly these are the debates we'll be having in CFB. It was a great run.

I don’t understand the reaction.

These teams play again. And then have an SEC tourney. And then the big one that matters.

I’ve got no issue with anyone clowning Nate specifically. He asks for it and can be a real twat.

But y’all are acting like something majorly significant happened yesterday. It’s nearly irrelevant. And would be nearly irrelevant had Alabama won by 30.

I’d even argue that given the information we learned, I’m more confident that Alabama is a legitimate title contender now than I was before the game.

And on what planet is yesterday’s regular season result on par with Alabama making a final 4 run while Auburn loses to Yale in the 1st or 2nd round? That’s a monumentally huge occurrence(one I’ve never made fun of Auburn for).

I just don’t get the hype surrounding the game yesterday. And surely don’t get the reaction from Auburn and Alabama fans. We were absolutely MELTING on the Alabama board. Seems ridiculous.

It was #1 vs #2 in the land with the Gumps having home court advantage. It was relevant in that Pearl outcoached Oats and the gumps fell flat on their face after months of bragging about dropping 100plus on everyone. Pearl had a great gameplan and didn't give the gumps open looks behind the arc. Oats lives and dies by it, but when faced with a good defense like Pearl and Barnes usually display, Oats struggles.

According to numerous people and outlets that was the best environment Bama has ever put out for a basketball game. Ask your fans. Yesterday was a pretty big deal considering we are both vying for regular season hardware.

Hmmmm, meaningless? That game had pretty big championship implications. Our road to a championship is much easier over the next 6 games than you guys'.
