Can lose a game at home and still stay ranked #1.

Good grief, we were lucky to stay at 1. We did not look like a #1 team Saturday.

It’s deserved. I think if both teams make it out of tomorrow night unscathed then Saturday will be a war of attrition with a few foul outs probably.

Why would this surprise anyone? Florida is a top 5 team themselves

We only stayed #1 because everyone below us still has more losses. We haven't looked close to a #1 team these past several games (outside of Oklahoma).

We are not as good as some of us think we are.

We are really good.

We got our asses handed to us Saturday.

We will likely drop to 2.

No big deal.

I've seen Auburn 3 times.
Just my opinion but a team that refused to let Auburn frazzle them and stay within their offense could give them problems. Bruce's teams traditionally thrive or causing teams to play ugly. There are maybe 5-6 teams out there good enough to not allow that. When, where, and if those matchups happen will ultimately determine how far they go.

They are for sure the kind of team no one wants to play in a tournament environment because they will beat you up physically for 40 minutes.

I think we are good.

But I don’t think we are UNLV early 1990s good.

I would guess we don’t go 17-1 in the league.

I like the players. Wish we had a true experienced point guard, but I like our rotation.

At the end of the day, in men’s bb any team in top 50 can get hot and pull an upset. There probably is no real meaningful difference in the top 15 teams.

Auburn has the best resume by far.
