Will Howard is much better than Riley Leonard.
But yeah it's a down yr. Just look at the penn state game with Allar and Leonard. It was hard to watch.

I think the best teams often dont have great QBs. Look at what 00 Miami, Georgia NC teams, 92 and 09 Bama did with average QBs
