He was the worst DC in the NFL when he was with the Saints. Truly horrendous.

We hired a guy as head coach that had been out of college coaching for 20+ years. That didn't go so well.

College coaching is pro coaching now. Money and free agency.

USC just hired one of the best recruiters on the West Coast Chad Savage last week plus the defensive staff is chock full of young stud coaches. It's not like Rob has to find his own recruits and no one can help him. Finding recruits isn't hard. You act like a high school coach is going to turn his nose up at Buddy Ryan's son coming to recruit one of his players

LOL @ thinking Rob Ryan gaf about winning at this point. The B10 is irrelevant is his decision, it's about location. If offered equal pay at san diego state or hawaii, he'd be there instead
