Now that the actual results are settled on the field… fire away. Who was the best and your top three.

I mean…Georgia won the SEC.

So I’m going with them.

Texas

Feel like this should be pretty near consensus

No reason to have an overthinking circle jerk. Georgia won the championship. They were the best.

2nd best? Yeah probably Texas.

3rd best? This is where the circle jerk comes in. I'll take Ole Miss.

I think I agree but at times I thought SC was three. Didn’t watch them or Ole Miss enough to make the call. Where would you put SC?

Can’t say for sure…it gets pretty muddy.

I feel pretty sure about my top 3 though.

It would pretty clearly be Georgia. I suppose your need for a top three is so you can see your team's name.

Ole Miss for sure. Despite their losses I feel
like they could have played with anyone in the playoff field because of that offense. Same goes for Miami.

Ya no one would’ve wanted an early matchup with Ole Miss

At the end of the season I would’ve picked UGA, Ole Miss, & USCe

No Korndawg. Been on the site for the first time this year and read a ton of talk about this team or that team. Results speak loudly but there is quite a bit of subjectivity to who are the best 3. Just curious. I am a Texas Longhorn. Whether we finish first or last. I am all in for the kids that pay for Texas. We had a great year as the inaugural season in the SEC. I am pretty excited about where we are headed. Was hoping to have a conversation about who the best teams are. I was actually super interested in the third best team.

Georgia won the conference.

Georgia beat your team twice.

Your team did nothing in the playoff to convince anyone that Georgia's wins were anomalies.

Ole Miss never played Texas. But they have a FAR better resume.

I go with UGA by a hair. Then Ole Miss and then a pretty sharp drop off to Texas, Tennessee, Bama.
