How does Texas' defense look next year?

That's the main reason they were formidable this season.
Are they holding that unit up or will attrition take its toll?

Extremely weak and not good.

Stacked at edge and LB. Losing some veterans in the secondary but feel good about what we have there. DT is concerning

We will find out on August 30 in Columbus.

Simmons, Taaffe, Hill, Muhammad, Guilbeau, Moore all back.
Lose the rest of the DL, Barron, Mukuba.
Add some mercenaries plus TF blue chips with Kade, Jonah, Terry
Still should be a good defense.

They aren’t keeping them all bro. Some are already gone. NIL is a mfer that goes both ways

I think we should be good. LB, edge very strong. Safety a little question mark with good young player coming off season ending injury. Interior DL probably a question mark but so was this year and we held up. I trust our coaches bringing in the right talent.

Edge and LB is loaded. DT is filling up in the portal like last year. The secondary is losing 3/4 (maybe only 2 if Taffee decides to stay), but they have solid replacements.
Offense is where things are going to change. Sark will go back to his real, non limited offense with Arch. CJ Baxter will be healthy (redzone issues should be solved).

Who is gone? You have no clue what you’re talking about

I think Taaffe will return based on NFL draft looks

Who's gone and who's buying them among the little-sisters-of-the-poor in the SEC who can't keep their own offense roster? Better stop Ohio State from buying them like they did with Caleb Downs and Quinshon Judkins.

I’m looking forward to see what our rebuild OL looks like. We have some dudes in the waiting.

Have a lot of close friends as Texas fans so watch a decent amount of the games. Congrats on a great season.

Goosby has looked great! I hope Baker looks as good or better.

If he doesn’t jump offsides he’s already better than Cam Williams.
