probably 2005 because 70-3 in a conference championship game is pretty cool.

2009 gets extra points for "they put a second back on the clock!!" living in the mind of Nebraska fans forever. it also caused Nebraska to start looking toward the B1G, eventually opening the floodgates allowing Missouri to go to the SEC. so, you're welcome.

2023. On the way out and headed to SEC.

1996 is a close second. Happened while I was a junior in college. I remember the tower getting lit up orange after the win. Special night. Good memories.

Crazy that a QB's pads in 1996 are bigger than a DL's pads today.

Shows the pussification of the sport over the last 25 years.

1996 Texas went (8-5) but interrupted a 4peat-in-progress Nebraska in the inaugural CCG.

70-3 vs Colorado. I went to the 2001 conference game when the Buffs kept us from going to the NC game. Still hurts. So I liked that we ran it up on them a bit.

70-3. Joel Klatt almost died that day and we could've easily scored a hundred.

2009 was the most exciting ending but an awful game overall. Suh was throwing around our garbage OL like ragdolls

I was 5 in 1996 so I don't remember that one.

I have never seen a football player at any level dominate a game like Suh did us that year. Our OL was poor but good lord he made them his bitches.

Our 2008 team was much better and if if it weren’t for Gideon dropping an easy interception/us getting screwed by the BCS I’m 100% convinced we beat Florida and have another title.

He obviously sustained a lot of head trauma that still affects him to this day.
