We obviously didn’t care for the bowl games. It was a exhibition at best. They’ve lost their luster. Even the playoffs teams mentality opted out of their games.

Unless TX beats Ohio St the SEC has been pretty bad this season.

The non-CFP bowl games should be moved to April and be played as an exhibition game at the conclusion of spring practice. Teams invited to bowls can negotiate dates within about 10 days of spring training close.

UF let the SEC down. Texas got zero credit for beating Florida this year because there was a national consensus that the gators suck. That should never happen.

Judging by ATM’s all-time losing bowl record, I think it’s safe to assume your program has never cared much about them.

To give our 2nd teams and true freshmen playing time. And use the extra practice. I thought you were smart. That’s like 15 extra practices if you’re bowl eligible.

They don’t always play bowl games. They’ve been known to skip them if they are scared of a loss.
