Three Questions
1) Are you pulling for Texas, Ohio State or Meteor?
2) What has to happen in order for Texas to pull the upset?
3) Do you believe the rumors that Ryan Day is stepping down after the year, because of death threats made to his family after the Michigan game?

Our minister of culture has got to make these players believe. He's got to make them angry. He's got to make them hungry.
I say this because Sark couldn't motivate a wolfpack.
Oh, and Ewers needs to show up at the wrong Cotton Bowl.

Yes OSU is better than anyone in the sec , is this a serious question ?

Texas- lesser of two evils.
But in all reality, this is not going to be a close or good game.
Ohio St by 24 to 27.

Actually, football season is over. That being said I don’t care about any of playoffs

To your point number three, Day has been rumored to take a NFL job for a few years now. Might be the best for both him and OSU. Mike Vrabel is available to coach again so he could end up in Columbus next year

I can't argue with this prediction, although I think you are stretching it to make a point.
It feels like Texas is living on borrowed time, while Ohio St is ready to slaughter anything in its way. So I get it.
But unless they get discouraged and give up, the Texas defense will keep Ohio St from running away with it too far.
Worst case scenario: Ohio St 31 Texas 7
Best case scenario: Texas 24 Ohio St 21

2. QE has to play up to his hype. I truly believe he is the weakest link on the team. When he struggles, Sark struggles with his play calls. Which leads short offensive series and the defense constantly on the field.
He has to make a superstar play or two in this game. We can't have him constantly throwing ducks downfield.

Ewers needs to play his best game. If he plays like he did against ASU, Ohio State wins big.

The difference in the game may be the defensive ends. Texas plays edge rushers, leaving them vulnerable to the run outside.
Meanwhile Ohio state plays traditional D-ends, whose 1st priority is setting the edge.
Texas will struggle to run, Ohio State may not
If Texas can stop the run, Howard is guaranteed to throw 2-3 ints against the Texas secondary

Nothing could be farther from the truth, Quinn is one of our best QBs ever. However I'm forced to admit. That was funny as all getout.

I think Texas just needs to play to their talent level. They need to make Howard uncomfortable and trust what is a good secondary to make enough plays. Their biggest advantage is their front 7 against OSU OL. The OL is doing ok but still the weakest link on that team (missing two injured starters)
Day isn’t going anywhere if they win a title IMO

If he doesn’t win this year, he’s never going to win. He’ll never have this amount of veteran-laden talent ever again. Ohio State was clearly the biggest winner of the NIL because they were able to bring back so many 2nd and 3rd round graded juniors for a senior year that would have normally never happened
