We stayed in Waterloo for our first time in London and it was walking distance for everything that I wanted to see. The second time and night before we flew out we stayed in Harlington but ventured out for some fish and chips. Worlds of difference but I've seen everything I have wanted in London and would prefer to stay elsewhere in the UK.
