Even with an elite defense it will only keep games semi close for a bit .

The offensive line, special teams, and play calling is worse than the QB.
The QB didn’t cost the game. This was the worst Georgia team in 4 seasons and somehow won the sec lmao

UGA lost due to turnovers, special teams breakdowns... and frankly having too much panic before they should have.
Not because of QB play. 18/29 for 225 yards was more than enough to win the game through the air.

What does that say of the vaunted SEC if you believe that? Also it might be the worse but by how much, likely not a huge drop off

It says the SEC isn’t very good this year. Texas needed some gifts to beat an Arizona state team that may have 2 or 3 guys play in the NFL and went 3-9 last year. Georgia trailed in 10 of 14 games this year. They were not a very good team.

Your gauge of a good team must be a much higher barometer than mine. Who is a very good team this year if Texas or Georgia are not in your opinion?
