Will the Powers To Be have a conversation (not an arse chewing) about the 2024 season DeBoer? Success, areas of improvement, coaching etc.

Yes happens every year. Even in national championship years.

I’m sure just like with any other job, DeBoer will sit down for some type of performance review with his supervisor, Greg Byrne.

Byrne is busy working on trying to cut his grocery bill in the cafeteria. He should start with our OL.

I would like to think so. I at this point wonder about a number of things. I am hopeful the direction of the program is better than I think. We’re not headed to irrelevance, but we seem to be headed towards a non committed mindset to making the improvements necessary.

Will Byrne talk to his football coach...absolutely.

I know what a lot of people want...some person shouting at the coach while he sits in a chair and wears the dunce cap. This is not whats gonna happen. The people in that building are actually professionals, and not Finebaum callers.

The conversations will be about the AD can do to help the program and the coach succeed.

I have seen other fat lineman on other teams open holes for RB

So ours are just fat and no strength?
