They are reporting on Tiger Rant that Jack Bech's brother was killed in the attack. Jack is a former Tiger who transferred to TCU. Awful.

3:40 am ,they opened streets around 3. Usually streets don’t get opened up for cars till around 6 am. They had to get supplies delivered early. Usually 7 am delivery but huge crowds .
