There’s a major culture problem at A&M that may never be fixed. They hold onto all these weird traditions to distinguish themselves from everyone else, but in reality, they are the reason they can’t win. They’ve cycled through a bunch of coaches and players over the years, but the results remain the same. At some point, you have to look in the mirror.

It stems from the university and radiates into the entire town. The “Aggie Way” that they’re so stubborn about ends up leading to everyone in town working their asses off for mediocre results.
