ND has a young and innovative HC they actually have a shot in the playoff.

Kelly is the worst type of coach a program can have. Too good to fire and not good enough to be elite. Notre Dame appreciates LSU taking him off their hands.

They were 11-1 and #5 in the final CFP poll in 2021 when he left.

I think they are a bit too inconsistent. I'm not even sure they get past Indiana.
You have to admit the CFP folks were whacking off being able to schedule an in state rivalry game for the playoffs.
